When you see the listed next to a octavo, you have the option of ordering a licensed PDF file that you print yourself. The licensed PDF file sells for $1.75 per copy printed with a minimum order requirement of 25 copies.

Upon receipt of your ePrint order, a custom licensed PDF file will be created by SBMP. Page one will include the conductor's name, institution, number of copies covered by the license, and the issuing date. This contract is non-transferable.
